2. Install the tool: Use the hexagonal wrench in the supporting tool to loosen the pressure knife screw until the shim can slide freely, and adjust the marking line on the shim to align with the standard line on the cutter according to the size of the flat pipe. , Use an Allen wrench to tighten the pressure knife screw. When changing the blade, remove the pressure screw and take off the knife pad. Then remove the screw on the blade to replace it.

3. Clamping the pipe: Put the required flat pipe into the fixture, and maintain a 1-3mm distance between the end surface of the pipe and the blade surface.

4. Plug in the power supply, press the motor switch, the tool starts to rotate, rotate the feed piece clockwise, let the tool perform the first round and flat cutting of the pipe, rotate the scale ring to make the zero position on the scale ring and advance Align the marked points on the piece. Then rotate the feed piece for processing. When the feed piece rotates once to realign the zero line on the scale circle, the tool is processed forward by 2mm. After reaching the required cutting length and flatness, reverse rotation of the feed piece to make the blade face Separate from the end of the pipe for a certain interval, and release the motor switch. Unscrew the compression handle, loosen the pipe, and complete the flat mouth operation.
