Common faults of the computer controller of the eager bag-making machine:

1. Press the start button, the host cannot start, no work:

① First, turn off the power and restart. If it fails to start, check whether the inverter has alarmed. If there is an alarm, replace the inverter.

② Check whether the intermediate relay has normal operation. If there is no normal operation, replace the intermediate relay.

③ Check whether the voltages of U, V, W, and 380V are normal. If they are normal, replace the motor.

2. The computer display screen does not appear or the keys fail:

① First check whether the switching power supply has DV 24V voltage output. Or the proximity switch is damaged and disconnected, causing the power indicator to not light, and there is no 24V output.

② Replace the proximity switch or switching power supply.

③ Replace the computer.

3. The machine can start, but the feeding rubber roller does not rotate or feed:

① Check whether the servo drive has an alarm. If there is no alarm, replace the servo drive.

② Check whether the proximity switch is burnt out. If it burns out, replace the proximity switch.

③ Replace the servo motor.

4. The machine starts to work, but the feeding rubber roller is feeding slowly or it may be feeding for a long time:

① Mainly check whether the current value of the "pulse equivalent" parameter in the "modification" of the computer is "0.107".

5. The rear discharge DC motor or conveyor belt motor does not roll or work:

① Check whether the over-current indicator on the upper left corner of the DC motor speed control board is on. If the over-current indicator is on, turn off the main power supply for 5 seconds and then power on. If the over-current indicator is still on, please replace the DC motor speed control board.

② Check whether the speed regulating potentiometer fails, and replace the potentiometer if it fails.

③ Check whether the carbon brushes of the DC motor are excessively worn, and if they are excessively worn, replace the carbon brushes.

6. The punching machine does not punch or punch through the material:

① First check the parameter settings in the computer: whether the current value of "punching delay" is "50-80" milliseconds, whether the current value of "punching delay" is "30" milliseconds, and whether the current value of "function 17 port" is "1 punching" "

② Check whether the punching machine is worn

③ Check whether the air pressure is above 0.6MPA

④ Check whether the punching center relay is operating normally (replacement)

⑤ Check whether the solenoid valve is damaged (replace)
